  • Yes, this is a drop-off experience running weekly from 9am–2pm. We aim to create a calm, safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, connected and supported throughout the day.

  • We intentionally keep our groups small, with approximately 8–10 children supported by two mentors. This allows us to create a more connected, nurturing and individualised experience for each child.

  • While we follow a gentle rhythm rather than a rigid schedule, our days may include nature exploration, creative invitations, storytelling, practical life experiences, philosophy-led discussions, mindfulness, community activities, free play and child-led learning experiences.

  • Cultivating Curiosity is designed as a drop-off experience, allowing children the opportunity to build confidence, independence, connection and a sense of belonging within the group.

We understand that beginning something new can feel big for both children and parents. We aim to support each child in settling into the space and will work closely with families to ensure the transition feels as comfortable as possible.

  • Cultivating Curiosity is not a curriculum-based program and we do not directly teach from the Queensland Curriculum.

Our approach is guided by children's interests, nature-based learning, creativity, philosophy, community and meaningful real-world experiences.

That said, many of the experiences, skills and learning opportunities that naturally arise throughout our days often align with curriculum outcomes across a range of learning areas. From literacy and communication through storytelling and discussion, to science through nature exploration, mathematics through practical experiences and social learning through collaboration and community, meaningful learning is constantly taking place.

From time to time, curriculum concepts may also be used as inspiration when designing experiences that feel engaging, relevant and connected to children's interests. Our intention is not to replicate school, but to create rich learning experiences where curiosity leads and learning unfolds naturally.

  • We offer both casual sessions and term enrolments.

    Casual Session
    $105 per child, per session

    Term Enrolment
$95 per session, invoiced by the term

We encourage term enrolments wherever possible, as consistency helps children develop a sense of belonging, build meaningful relationships and become familiar with the rhythm of our days together.

As places are limited to just 8–10 children, term enrolments are prioritised to support a connected and consistent community for all children.

If you are interested in joining mid-term or would like to experience the space before committing, please reach out to discuss casual availability or trial options.
